How To Make Your Own Homemade Ointment For Achy Joints

There are a lot of different types of activities and ailments that can cause us aches and pains. Heavy lifting, fractures, trauma, arthritis, rheumatism and many other health factors can cause joint pain under the right circumstance. It can even occur while you sleep! But we have this homemade joint cream that’ll leave you feeling better lickity-split. This recipe was rediscovered in an old Russian medical book and is cheap and easy to make. Let’s get into it!

You will need:

  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of spicy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Simply mix all of the ingredients will in a bowl. Stir until you have a homogenous mixture. I typically store this cream in a jar.

If you’re feeling achy, simply apply some of this cream to the achy area, wrap in a cloth, and leave on for 1 to 2 and a half hours. This is ideal before bed. Repeat this treatment for 4-5 days for the greatest affect, but you should feel results pretty immediately.
